Every afternoon from the first day to the seventh day of the lunar month, Master and her followers will initiate Golden Mother ceremony. The ceremony mainly consists of prayers to relieve all obstacles we face.

Obstacles can be one's suffering, economic oppression, wrongdoing, constant disasters, troubles, and so on. Any obstacles can stop us from moving forward. We should face it and resolve it. That is why Purple Lotus Temple insists on initiating Golden Mother ceremony every month.
